Ben Lomond is a national park situated in the North-East of Tasmania. It is a popular destination for winter sport and general hiking. The dominant landscape is that of dolerite rock formations, with the highest point being Legges Tor at 1500 metres height. The following images were taken towards the end of March 2025 when the Mountain Rocket (Bellendena montana) was displaying its magnificent and varied coloured seed pods
